The Grand Lodge of Arizona is the state level organization of the Fraternal Order Knights of Pythias in Arizona. It meets annually in June for a Grand Lodge Session and semi-annually for a mid-term in November. The Grand Chancellor sits in the executive chair of the Lodge and is responsible for the six subordinate lodges in the state. Membership of the Grand Lodge is comprised of Past Chancellor Commanders of the subordinate lodges sitting in session to oversee the State Statues and Constitution of the Grand Domain of Arizona. We are older than the State of Arizona having received our Charter in 1874 while Arizona Statehood did not happen until 1912. Ours is a proud history of serviced to the communities of the territory and state. We were once more than 40 lodges strong with six additional lodges under our jurisdiction in Mexico.
